Seasonal Camper Agreement
Our Campground Community Promise
At Gosling Lake Campground, we’re more than a destination — we’re a community.

To keep this experience for everyone, all campers and their guests must follow our
agreement.
Campground Etiquette
- Be kind, respectful, and considerate of others
- No harassment, threats, or aggressive behavior
- No excessive noise, fighting, yelling, or vulgar language
- Campers are responsible for their guests’ behavior and damages
- No littering — including cigarette butts
- Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund
Damage Responsibility
- Campers are responsible for any damage to property or sites
- Repair/replacement costs will be charged if applicable
- Serious cases may result in criminal charges
Rule Enforcement
- Violations may result in:
- Enforcement by campground or police
- Eviction without refund
- Ban from campground
- Property left behind may be removed (not liable for damage)
Park Passes
- Visitor passes required (daily, weekend, seasonal)
- All visitors must pay applicable fees
- Passes expire at end of season
- Sharing of Fobs/codes is strictly prohibited
Vehicles
- Max 2 vehicles per site
- Additional vehicle requires paid seasonal pass
- Must follow speed limits and traffic rules
- Gate access requires deposit (card/fob)
- Passes expire at end of season (or April 30 if not renewing)
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Extension of quiet hours will be at managements discretion and will be communicated
- in advance
- Excessive noise or disruptive gatherings are not permitted
- Staff may intervene if noise is disruptive at any time
- Power tools allowed only: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Violations may result in eviction
Alcohol & Substances
- Responsible alcohol use only
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Public intoxication or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated
- No sales of alcohol, cannabis, or illegal drugs on-site
Pets
- Must be leashed or contained at all times
- Owners must clean up after pets
- No unattended pets
- No aggressive behavior allowed
Garbage & Disposal
- Use designated bins only
- No yard waste in natural areas
- No dumping furniture, appliances, or hazardous items
- Do not bring outside garbage into campground
Fires & Firewood
- No collecting firewood on-site
- No chainsaws or wood cutting
- Fires must be:
- In fire pits
- Supervised at all times
- Fully extinguished before leaving
- Must follow all fire bans
Golf Carts
- Permitted on a trial basis for the 2026/2027 camping season
- Always follow posted speed limits and drive defensively
- Vehicles must have working front and rear lights and headlights are required after
- dusk.
- No driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed. Open alcohol is
- strictly prohibited.
- Drivers must be 16 years of age (staff exception).
- Passengers must remain seated at all times. Carrying more passengers than seats is
- prohibited.
- Golf carts must be mechanically safe.
- Golf carts are permitted for transportation from point A to point B. Joy riding,
- Unneccesary driving and recreational cruising is not permitted.
- Failure to follow policy may result in loss of golf cart privileges.
- Golf carts must be registered and approved by management at the office.
- Golf cart owners are responsible for the actions of anyone using their cart.
Water & Hydro
- No lawn watering or vehicle washing
- Reduce power use when not on-site
- Electrical connections must meet code
- Unsafe connections may result in power disconnection
Appliances
- External appliances must be approved by management
Trees & Vegetation
- No damaging trees
- No planting, trimming, or pruning without approval
- Report hazardous trees to staff
- Approved plantings become campground property
Generators
- Not permitted on serviced or tent sites without approval
Seasonal Fees
- Pricing varies by lot
- Includes:
- 2 vehicle passes
- 4 adult passes (children under 12 free)
- 4 gate fobs (additional/replacement fobs will cost $10)
- Payment schedule:
- 50% due May 1
- 50% due July 1
- Overdue by 30 days → site may be cancelled
- Must be in good standing to renew
- Renewal must be communicated by March 1st annually
Seasonal Requirements
- Must submit:
- Signed contract
- Deposit
- No subletting
- Guests & Visitors
- Seasonal campers are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
- Visitors must follow all campground rules and pay applicable fees
- Management may limit or refuse guest access when necessary.
Site Modifications
- All changes require manager approval
- Includes decks, sheds, landscaping, etc.
- Must submit plans in advance
- Decks & Patios: Must be under height/size limits, not attached to unit, be removable
- and stay within site boundaries
- Sheds are for Storage use only (no sleeping)
Camping Units
- Allowed: tents, trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, etc.
- Only one unit per site
- Hitch must remain accessible
- Converted buses require approval for seasonal use
Site Maintenance
- Keep site clean and tidy
- Landscaping requires approval
- No pesticides/herbicides (unless applied by staff)
Winter Storage
- Available with approved contract
- Fees may apply for non-seasonal campers
- Must remove items if not approved
- Seasonal campers may leave approved structures
Residency Requirement
- Must maintain a primary residence in Canada
- Campsite cannot be used as a permanent residence
- ID may be requested
- References may be requested
